Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Deutorix Information Technology Co. ("Deutorix", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data of visitors and subscribers of deutorix.com, in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its 2024 implementing regulations.
1. Data we collect
We collect only the personal data you voluntarily provide through our newsletter form: your full name and email address. We additionally process basic technical data (IP address, device type, language preference) for security and language routing.
2. Why we collect it
Your data is processed exclusively to deliver the Deutorix research newsletter, the 2026 Innovation Report, and important service communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
3. Lawful basis
We rely on your explicit consent (Article 6, PDPL) given when you submit the newsletter form. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying to any of our emails with the word "Unsubscribe".
4. Data retention
We retain subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed and for 12 months after unsubscription, only to comply with Saudi anti-fraud and tax record-keeping obligations.
5. International transfers
Subscriber data is hosted on servers located within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Limited operational data may be processed by GCC-based providers under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by SDAIA.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). Contact privacy@deutorix.com for any request.
7. Security
We apply administrative, physical, and technical safeguards aligned with the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) Essential Cybersecurity Controls, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest.
